Mountain apartments and what interests you

  • road to the apartments - to access the apartments, use the middle, widest road between the terraced houses, please DO NOT drive on the narrow road ABOVE and UNDER the terraced houses, in winter snow falls from the roofs of the terraced houses, in summer these side roads are often impassable
  • parking - parking for 7 cars is directly in front of the apartments, please park economically so that other cars can also fit
  • a welcome drink will be prepared for you in the fridge upon arrival
  • reception - if you have any problem or request, there is missing equipment in the apartment, or you would like to ask something, do not hesitate to contact us by phone +420 724 616 652 (Lenka Plucnarová) or WhatsApp, we will do everything in our power to your full satisfaction
  • check-in, check-out - 3pm on the day of arrival, and 10am on the day of departure
  • internet - wireless internet is available throughout the property, the Wi-Fi name and password will be sent to you by email before your arrival
  • towels and bath towels can be found in the bathroom cabinet under the sink
  • Remington Your Style hairdryer with 3 changeable attachments can be found in the bedroom closet
  • the tap water is drinkable, the source is the municipal water supply
  • if the Finlux TV cannot be turned on/off,try to unplugg it, wait a while and then try again, call us at 724 616 652, we will guide you
  • underfloor heating is set to 22°C in the winter season, heating is controlled remotely, if you wish to change the heating temperature, contact us on +420 724 616 652, underfloor heating is provided by a heat pump (hot water, ground-water), which is an ecological and economical way of heating and water heating, but it takes time to heat up and, unlike electric underfloor heating, it starts up more slowly
  • original "Greetings from the Beskydy" postcard - as a gift, we have prepared a free postcard with the picture of our apartment house, take a small souvenir from your vacation, or send the postcard to your loved and you will see that they will be pleased, the nearest post offices in the area - Stará Hamry post office 6 km, Horní Bečva post office 14 km
  • the nightly quiet are guests required to respect from 10 pm to 6 am
  • the trash container can be found next to the parking on the right, the sorted waste containers can be found behind the terraced houses
  • the robotic lawnmower mows the grass between 12 and 16 hours in the summer, so do not leave things on the lawn during this time so that it does not damage it
  • in the pond we have fish minnows, you can give them a small bread crumbs
  • Local fee + Accommodation Book - prices per apartment/night include the local accommodation fee of the Municipal Office Bílá (40 CZK per night) valid from 1.1.2025 + the Act on Local Fees obliges us to keep records of accommodated persons - name, surname, date of birth, permanent residence, ID card or passport number, we will ask you to fill out the Accommodation Book, which you will find in the apartment (or submit a valid ID or send the details by email)

  • speed limit in Bílá has been launched since 1.9.2022, measuring both section and instantaneous speed, therefore we ask you to keep speed and ensure safety for pedestrians and children in the built-up area of the municipality
  • special COVID-19 health and safety measures - we offer contactless check-in/check-out by entering an access code at the door, direct entry through the front door to the apartment, no reception or common areas
  • sustainability: water management - we collect rainwater, we recommend tap water, toilets offer 2 flushing option
  • sustainability: biodiversity - there are green grass areas on the property of the apartment building, our facility is in the naturally significant zone of CHKO Beskydy (Beskydy Protected Landscape Area)
  • sustainability: waste - there are separate bins for recyclable waste in the apartments, we do not offer single-use plastics, from 1. 8. 2020 throw beverage cans into the yellow plastic bags
